For time:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run


Notes:
RX is done with a 20 lb. weight vest.
May partition these movements between the runs as necessary, for example:


1 mile run
10 rounds of
10 pull-ups
20 pushups
30 squats
1 mile run
