Start at 50/35# Dumbbell.

5 x DB Snatch per hand.  Increase weight by 5# until unable to complete 3 reps.



WOD (Intervals):

5 x Run 800m w/3 Min rest.

If in Hayes, run 6 x laps w/3 Min rest...5 times.
