Row 800m at 90-95% maximal effort...record the time or 500m split average.
Rest 3 Minutes.
Row 800m...try to repeat the same time.
*Continue until you have completed 4 x 800m rows, your form becomes poor, or your time is more than 25% slower than the original time.
