Use higher target as scale for 30# ball...take equal rest for each round (take 60 second rest of the 24 count takes you 60 seconds)

Started at 65 and only made it to 85, but got three full rounds. Didn't have time for wall balls due to formation.
Did the conditioning this morning and strength in the afternoon.
I got two full rounds and 15 box jumps, starting at 65#. Didn't do wall balls because I had first hour.
150109:
1) Power Snatch (%1rm snatch = 85#): 1x5@50,60,70,80%
2)Jerk balance (%1rm jerk = 120#): 1x5@50,60,65%, 3x5@70%, did 125# (5# over my 1rm) for kicks
3)Press behind head: 3x5 max intensity
4)Clean grip liftoff with 5 second hold (%1rm clean = 145#): 1x5@50-80%
