147 reps. Pullups were the limiting factor there.

Only made it about 3 or 4 minutes, my wrists just weren't having it today.

231, got 48, 46, 44, 45, 48. Did burpees instead of rowing and pushups instead of bench. Used the 30's for the DB movement, yesterday was rough.
