http://health.yahoo.net/experts/yourbestfitness/8-reasons-boomers-should-try-crossfit Some good PR!
didn't come this moring; saving my limited running ability for the IOCT this afternoon.
go get'em Mickey!!!! There was a small, but fearless crew this morning that ran in the pouring rain! Thanks to those that showed up and got a preview of what PT in the Army is often like! Just because it's raining doesn't mean you should cancel PT or move it indoors!! 21:23 which was about 20 seconds faster than the previous, but still way over my goal of sub 20! Just when I think I'm speeding up, others sped up even more! Nice work Matt, Randy, Mike, and Hinds (Tom?).
21:32I've got the same goal as Adam: Sub 20! Not there yet, have to crank up the intensity on the interval training.
2:47 IOCT time.11 seconds faster than last month.Brought the grade up to a solid B. I'm happy. Still going for that tab. maybe next time!
My lower back and legs were screaming from yesterday, but it was a lot of fun!20:35
Nice job on the IOCT Mickey.Ran a 6km loop this morning, and added some components of the WOD that I missed on Wednesday due to a staff ride in Normandy.6km: 30:0750 knees to elbows: 4:1050 rowers (sub for weighted sit-ups): 2:01Looking forward to learning about the Warrior WOD in November!
Aloha,I was able to PR today. My PR from two times ago was 21:07. I got 20:39 this time. My previous goal was sub 21, now it is sub 20.
