How do you get people to skip a B&G WOD? Make it a 5K.

20:53... PR by 1:47. Last 5K for me was in July with only a 2-mile run in between. So once again my run time as gotten faster, but yet I don't run. Go CrossFit!!!

deficiency noted! - keep them coming...good to get out on a run
would love to see more of these as the weather inproves...or incorporated into the WOD!

My dog appreciated the programming this morning. I took him from New Brick, to Lee, to Washington, back to New Brick. The 5k time was 26:33. Slow time for me but relatively low intensity trying not to trip on the dog. No excuse, need to be faster next time.

My calves feel like rubber bands from my first 5k in the 5fingers.

20:55. Can definitely feel the ups and downs on that route, but a beautiful day for a run. Looking forward to getting outside for more WODs as the weather continues to warm.

NM, see what happens to my 5k time when there is no rabbit? No excuse for this one, just a slow day (1:09 off my last 5k in July)
