Used 2 poods for the SDHP and 95 for the OHS. Did 2 rounds plus 6 OHS - they were definitely my limiting factor. Used 65 for the EMOM.
I had a first hour so I just did the conditioning:2 rounds + 5 OHS (really not good at overhead stuff...)65# OHS and (I think) 1pd kettlebell SDHP.
WEDNESDAY:Had formation today and for the rest of the week. So kept it short. Front squat: 3x5 @ 95#5x3 @ 115#Opened up the back and did a few sets of reverse hyper. Still weird.
Wednesday:A freakin' Sandhurst team took up all the room. We need that sign up, and more people than just Alex and me. Snatch Pull, worked up to 3X3 @ 185.40 GHDSU
