I didn't do the conditioning because I had to be at formation this morning. Altered the EMOM.I did 5 OHS and then did Snatch Pulls. The OHS were at 45, I wanted to really focus on form. The Snatch Pulls were at 135.
EMOM: OHS @ 65#Thrusters @ 65#My wrists were being fussy. I'm going to work on wrist strength and overall mobility this weekend.
