I didn't do the conditioning because I had to be at formation this morning. Altered the EMOM.
I did 5 OHS and then did Snatch Pulls. The OHS were at 45, I wanted to really focus on form. The Snatch Pulls were at 135.

My wrists were being fussy. I'm going to work on wrist strength and overall mobility this weekend.
Went a little old school today. Warmed up on the rower and then went to the Powerlifting room:
BS 3X5 @ 260.
Press 3X5 @ 115.
