I'll do conditioning this afternoon.
Alarm didn't go off this morning so I did it after lunch:
Squat 120
Bench 95
5 rounds of 3 handstand pushups
8 rounds of 2 flights of stairs in 7 minutes 26 seconds
HSPU: 2,2,1,2,2. That was irritating, expected more.
STH: 13,11,12,11,12,11,11,11
Also did 3X5 of wrist curls @ 40 and 3X3 of wrist extensions @ 40.
Was going to try to get the conditioning in later, but it never happened.
Squat: 155# (was supposed to be 145 but I can't math in the morning)
Bench: 95#
