Friday: Meet in the 3rd Floor Weight Room

Strength

Power Clean 5×3 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

Front Squat @ last set of Power Cleans – 3 reps
2/1.5 pood Russian KB Swings – 15 reps

Rest 3 minutes…

Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

Pull Ups or Chin Ups

Didn't get to the pull ups this morning, I'll get them later. Used 140 for the Clean and Front Squat. Conditioning was as Rx'd. 6 rounds plus 13 swings, that sucked.

Only did the first part of the Conditioning.

Power Clean/Front Squat: 95#

Conditioning: 8 rounds + 3 Front Squats, RX, that rocked.
