As rx'd except for the last round of ring dips. Had to use the foot.

Loved this one; OHS, RD, and PU's...three of my favorite things.

Everything was unbroken, but my transitions were sure slow! Also, I've lost the pull-up groove, so I spent a lot of time hanging from the bar.

Nice work by everyone - great to see some new faces in there for a tough one!

Scaled to straight bar dips for first 3 rounds, then assisted straight bar dips for the rest (~25 lb of assistance)
