8:12 scaled used a 35lb KB for the snatch used a 15lb DB for OHS (very hard to maintain balance with only one arm overhead) Did push ups and sit ups normally.
10:29 but with a couple asterisks...scaled power snatches to 65# and (inadvertantly-totally lost my brain) only did 10x push-ups per round (such a shammer!). Lot of good instruction once again from Mark and Dan.
I know most all of you have formation/class conflicts tomorrow AM, so sure I'll miss many...have a great holiday and see you next Monday AM.

My pushups were really weak. OHS are feeling better. Thanks to DB, NM, and SG for the motivation to make it throught he last set of OHS.

Thanks to Major Richards for his coaching

Snatch is a super difficult lift. Props to those that scaled and worked on form before going for time.
10:38, but with a full snatch bacause I'm not so smart like that. But what doesn't kill me...
21:32 as rx'd. took too long on snatches, but wanted to reset and focus. maybe could have scaled to 65 in order to maintain more power.

8:21...this was a wheel house workout for sure.
12:33 sharing the bar with a buddy...65lbs. Will have to continue working on snatch and OHS. Thanks to Mark R for the extra coaching this morning.

Went fairly quickly through first two rounds. Looking back, should have really pushed it to keep unbroken sets for the OHS.
12:36 here as rx'd. Happy with that. OHS still need lots of work.
16.29. Had to use 2 x 25# dbs. This was more of a recovery from Monday night's practice. Great WOD.
