23:40 - First time with this WOD. Now I know why it doesn't come up that often. DUs were my saving grace.
What a way to start the week. Hopefully this morning makes up for those of us that did not work out over the break.
Lost total track of time this morning... somewhere between twenty-five and 30 minutes.
If this is what to expect for post-vacation workouts, can't wait for January 4th!

Holy Suckfest. Towards the end I was getting a workout from holding back from meeting Pukie.

24:20...down 40 seconds from my PR but that is to be expected considering the fact that I ate like crap and have been fighting off the allergies all week.
27:27 omitted DUs due to time...had to get to class. Holy Pukie on the burpees!
25:20. Wow, that proved what nothing but turkey and beer will do for your work capacity...but it was worth it.
34:47. Not my worst effort...but very close.
I am posting to tell you that I am not posting my time (35: 15) so not mentally prepared for that one.

Mixed it up a little bit leaving my shoulders totally dead, but it was a good wake-up call after break.

So the Prez cancelled his speech here tomorrow night, but he is coming for the WOD tomorrow AM...seriously, I hear he can do some mean squat cleans...see you tomorrow AM w/the Prez...think about it.

Every time I do this I think, "I'm never doing this alone again," and invariably I do it alone the next time. Great way to come back from break and back to altitude.

Was moving through the exercises fairly well (unbroken sets)... but lost steam on the knees to elbows... then really lost momentum w/ the wall balls.
Around 27, give or take about 15 seconds. I forgot my watch this morning.
