18:52. Clean and push press as rx'd but broke the rules and scaled OHS back to 65# to work form. OHS still my #1 goat as well, though lots of help from Mark and Dan the last couple days has definitely made a difference.
24:28. Coming off of a 2 week bug. Lost 12 pounds, a lot of strength, and metcon endurance. This one smoked me. Wasn't sure about the cleans so I did full squat cleans starting from the ground. Before getting sick I was doing mostly Military Athlete. Not sure if that took away some of the high intensity endurance, sine MilAth tends to focus more on stamina for hour+ long workouts. I missed the high intensity.

20:53 scaled at 95lbs. Tough WOD. Thanks to Gregg and MAJ R for the coaching.
As RX'd 24:30. Had 4, 3, 2, and 1 left- had to go to formation. Probably could've scaled for more intensity, but this was good for strength
10:17 @ 65#. Scaled it way back to focus on form and keep the shoulder connected. Still quite a smoker.
16:48 scaled to 75lbs. Still need to work on OHS but its getting better.
24:03, need to get mentally tougher
19:09 as Rx'd. Really tough. Had to will myself not to put the bar down a couple of times. Body is pretty much smoked now.
23:58 scaled to 85lbs and then 65lbs midway thru
13.47. scaled to 75#. Used this WOD as rehab after last nights MMA seminar. feel much better now. can actually move around.

Cindy last night: 17+ rounds. First workout in about 2 weeks thanks to FOB operations and Tex/OU weekend. Owie.

16:53, but only with 95#. Cleans and PP are no problem for me. I need to work on my OHS.

Did yesterdays workout....15 min about. Had a spotter for most of the HSPUs. Tough.
