Hit 275 on the DL easy...then the mental block came on. I'm not sure why or when I develped it but I am down 70+ pounds from my PR. I think I have some real mental issues with this lift due to an injury from a while back. I'll get over it but it still frustrates the crap out of me.
21.12. Skipped the DLs and stuck with a light weight of 135#, but added an extra set of ten and ten. Burpees were focused on form. wanted to use the eight count format to work push up strength.

I skipped the deadlifts because I have a 50K on Sunday.

Did Tuesdays workout late last night..... Killer!! 20:38 with 95# OHS. I really suck at those but I was happy with the rest of it.
Knocked out yesterday's workout as RXed.
Finished around 12:00. My watch stopped on me, but time's about right based on time I started at.

PR for DL's, felt really good, but didn't go higher since I was solo at MWR gym without a form watcher.
Instead of the 10X10 burpee/pullups I did 30X135lb clean and push press focusing on consistancy and form vs speed and intensity - still a smoker
Did yesterdays workout....15 min about. Had a spotter for most of the HSPUs. Tough. Looking forward to see where my dead lift number went to.
