Very different with the bands it really shows how good (or bad) your form is. Thanks to Major Richards for his tips.

I used the bands on the HSPU and they were still not quite to standard. I suck at HSPUs!

14:50...Lost some time since I forgot my running belt for a second.
I sometimes have an issue with my kipping. I can do 10 good kipping pullups but then I start swinging too much and have to slow down for a sec to get back on rhythm. Anyone have any tips? Thanks
