Nutrition/Fitness Tip: To dove tail off of hyperinsulinemia which I mentioned a couple days ago, remember that insulin is the "master hormone" and we need to cognizant of managing our insulin levels. Otherwise, we will condition our bodies for poor health and future medical issues.
High Fructose Corn Syrup is still......SUGAR (aka CARBS) which spikes your insulin levels. So think about that next time you drink Gatorade, soda, fruit juice, lemonade (all the things that I love). You have to manage your intake.
Additionally, considering our profession - here is another reason to do PT in country. After 2 days without sleep your insulin levels are all jacked up. The easy fix - do PT. A workout will reset your insulin levels.
about a 4mile run with the new cadets this morning and then did the wod down at Shea on the turf. time: 7:28 good wod...kind of surprised at how long it took to complete....should have continued instead of stopping at 60 right out of the gate....war gamed it too much.
11:17. That was a good one. I'm not so worried about the time....I'm generally spent by the end of the day with ITP and what not so hopefully when I do this one again I'll smoke it.

Couldn't count all of the penalty sprints, ran out of fingers...
5:48...went straight to 100 then muscle failure set in and did 5 sets of 10 (with the penalty sprints) to finish. Great workout.
Lost track of the sprints. 9:46 and I am having trouble moving arms!

4:45...was fortunate enough to avoid the penalty sprints.
The first 100 went by pretty quickly...the last 50, not so much.
7:45, I think I was around 8 or 9 penalty sprints, but got lost after that.
Knocked out about 65 PU to start, then had to start doing sets of 15 and ten. Great workout--pushups are not one of my finer points.
7:36; 3 fouls
6:35, 3 penalties
