Upty...here you go. Great video showing a TTP that i believe is the best in terms of saving your hands during wods. have been doing this a couple weeks and it works. very easy to make. gymnast recommend this method. enjoy.

Ran with CPT Smiley today... not sure of our time but it was nice to get the legs moving after the last few days.

Ran hill repeats with my dad and little brother....12 covering about 150yards up and back...no idea on the time...humidity sucked the life out of me though...legs feel pretty good, now for some golfing...

Got motivated, put on a pair of bad idea jeans, and did the 5K this afternoon for a 2-a-day.

Motivation (and legs) left me at about the 1/2 mile mark.

Time - 23:32

Did 15 X 100 meter sprints on Range 5 while checking zero targets. No time recorded, but challenging nontheless.

Each time I challenged a different trainee to race against me. Funny thing is I still beat at least 6-7 of them...and I turned 35 yrs old today.
Thanks for the boost in sprint speed B&B Crossfit.
