Awesome showing by Firstie Jes B. this Saturday at the North Face 50 Mile Endurance Challenge. Trained with CF and CF Endurance. Longest Run b/f the race=15 miles. Finished 16th of 131.
7:15. Watch stopped during the second set of burpees, so this is based heavilly off of others working at the same time. Really focus on transferring the energy from the floor to the bar by keeping your heels on the ground. Leaning forward on your toes just makes things harder.
6:25 with 95lbs thrusters. I had to check to make sure my heart didn't come out of my chest. I'm still coughing and I did the workout two hours ago. I love it!
around 8:30. I forgot to start my watch when I first started. I started off with 115 for the thrusters but my form got pretty bad so I dropped down to 95.

I really underestimated that thruster weight.
7:15...really tough this morning. Thanks to ChrisV for the extra push. I need to become more efficient on my burpees when I am tired.
The was a good work out. It took me 9 minutes, but I did light weight on the thrusters for form.

Great WOD this AM...need to work mechanics on the row and just get stronger on the thrusters...@ 135 lbs, it was pretty rough.
Great to see our brothers from D/CHEM and D/PHYS this AM...

I did the entire workout, but I may have messed up on the timing? Not sure about this one, may do it again later today.

Scaled to 95 since 135 would be body weight for me.
