1 is a lonely number. Had an active recovery day since I got two workouts in yesterday and my body is pretty sore. Warmed up and stretched, rolled out. Have the ten minute swim this afternoon in survival swim.
Didn't have time for 30 minutes, so I did 15 instead, but I made up for it by subbing in diamond push-ups and adding 20# DBs to the squats.
