Swim: Repeat 25m, recover 2:00 until form/pace deteriorates
Bike: Repeat 400m, recover 2:00 until form/pace deteriorates
Run: Repeat 100m, recover 2:00 until form/pace deteriorates
Row: Repeat 100m, recover 2:00 until form/pace deteriorates
Ruk: Repeat 400m, recover 2:00 (55# ruck/boots/utes) until form/pace deteriorates

Then, after 3 hours of rest: "Helen", 3RFT

Run 400m

I guess MAJ Hunter is programming, looks an awful lot like CrossFit Endurance. I did the bike because of a nice blister that opened up on my foot. 6 rounds. 30s, 26s, 26s, 27s, 24s, and finally 28s. 10.7 kilometers in total (pedaled during 2 minutes of recovery). Won't do Helen, after survival swimming I have a company swim meet.
