STRENGTH (Back Squat)
-Start with bar.
-Build up (4-5 jumps) to a 5 rep start.
-Conduct 5x5 squat...increase weight if possible.
WOD (12 MIN AMRAP)
3 x Cleans (115/75)
3 x Toes to Bar
6 x Cleans
6 x T2B
9 x Cleans
9 x T2B
...Continue until end of time.
