Kind of a low-key day...

Ran for 15 minutes, trying to get my endurance back up.
Stretched out really well, interspersed with various types of 1-min plank and shoulder work.
Then went down to the powerlifting room, did pause front squats, 3x3 with 3 sec pause at 95#.
Then benchpress at 3x5 @ 95#, 1x2 @ 105#, and 3x1 at 115#

Went this evening.

Found my 1 RM power jerk. 205. A little sloppy though. I'm gonna do split jerk next week, I think it will be more stable.
