I did option 1, but only did 20 sit-ups instead of 25 (oops!).

Rowing was tough, but I think my technique is getting better.

I started off with a warm up of 100double unders and 5 OHS @ 95# (PR).

Aloha,

I scaled up to GHD sit-ups. Talk about a hamstring smoker. It also increased transition between exercises.

I was crunched for time during lunch and could only finish 3 rounds before I needed to leave.
