Any cadet who decides to compete and beats MAJ Mayo in three or more of the WODs over the next six weeks is going to get a free Iron Major CrossFit (his current affiliate) from MAJ Mayo delivered to your P.O. Box!
His score to beat on the current WOD is 5 rounds + 30 DUs + 11 Power Snatches!

Saw some really good performances this morning! Cannot wait for the next WOD.
6 rds. I had 3 seconds to spare, but couldn't seem to make myself pick up that jump rope one more time. But it didn't matter, because I beat the great Mayo!
Great job by everyone this morning. This was definitely a WOD that awarded efficiency - good double unders, and really using all three lifts in the power snatch (legs, hips, traps), makes a huge difference. And I'd love to meet the guys who are doing 8 rds. Wow.
Good point and great job Mac. I was all arms (no legs/hips) and the power snatch became exceedingly difficult.
