Please Help!
I am noticing an increasing state of disarray as I walk into the '62 room each morning.  Please help keep our facility clean by doing the following three things:
  1. Always clean up after yourself
  2. Correct others if you see somebody else not picking up before they leave
  3. Each time you come it, start your warm-up by making sure bars, med-balls, jumping boxes, etc are policed up into their proper areas
For weight:
Clean and Jerk [wmv] [mov]
1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Focus on good technique here.  Remember CrossFit prescription is for technique, consistency, then and only then, intensity!

I did power cleans for all reps instead of doing a full clean and catching it in the squat position.
135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185(f), 185(power clean and fail), 185(power clean and fail)

Didn't catch in a full squat

My form was the best, but still ugly, around the 155 range. I put 195 up, but I know the form suffered. Sometimes Pauly D just wants to put a lot of weight over this blow-out hair cut.

Stopped at 205. Anything heavier and I have difficulty trusting myself to catch the bar in a squat, so I lose the benefit of the clean. Getting better, though.

Learned how to do clean and jerks today. Starting around 65. Couldn't quite do 70.
