Scaled 45#. Left shoulder was the limit on stabilizing the weight over head. 12:52.

Worked some pull-up and squat snatch technique stuff today. Was great to see some hard charging effort out there from Gregg and SM.

I guess this one goes in the wheelhouse, but I will definitely say that I underestimated the C2Bs. That extra three inches of pullup makes a difference.

Did this one on Sunday...who knew that the CTB pull ups would do that to you huh? Snatches were not that bad.
