5 x Power Snatch at the top of each minute (#100),
Burpees the rest of the minute
Reach 100 Burpees
Then Immediately,
5 Overhead Squats at the top of each minute,
Double Unders the rest of the minute
Reach 500 Double Unders

This is from our crossfit brethren in Europe. This workout was done at the Danish sectionals.

OK, that one was about the worst thing ever. New CrossFit goal... complete this WOD as Rx'd.

Scaled PS to 95#. Started OHS at 95# and ended up at 45#. I also scaled the DU to 250. My time, a whopping 25:48.

29:00. PS 65#. OHS 45#. After a couple of sets of OHS, I would get 2 - 3 OHS and finish with front squat. Left shoulder was not having it. Stopped at 250 tuck jumps. My new crossfit goal is to be able to do this WOD as well as JWhips did it today...

Did the first half as Rx'd, and scaled the second half to 85 lbs. Only finished 200 DUs.

Time...the timer (which requires a doctorate degree to understand) kept reseting, so I don't have a clue. That was god-aweful, and I have mad respect to anyone that can complete it.

And mad props to SFC S, who gave it her all, and left a lot of it all over the floor!

43:46 (I think...right, JWhips?)...or maybe it was 46:43. Anyways, scaled big time...so I started out with 85# PS and after about 50-60 burpees, I scaled further to 75# and then 65#. Did 65# OHS for awhile and then scaled further to 45#. And remember that time when I did 100 DUs and thought I was done?!! Yeah, that was heart breaking when I realized I still had 400 more...I finished 'em, but it was ugly.

I scaled the workout to 65# and only got to 100 DUs. I stopped the pain at the 30 minute mark and hit the showers feeling weak and undisciplined! Finishing this one as Rx'd is a couple of years down the road for me!

34:04 w/ 250 DU's

The gym felt very defeated after this morning. 85# PS and finished the burpees at 13 minutes. I then scaled down the OHS to 65# at about minute 20 and then down to 45# at about 28 minutes. I left early realizing I had a TEE in less than an hour. Really no excuse, but it makes me feel better. My word verification is "undone", wow.

I completed the burpee/snatch with 2 or 3 1 minute breaks thrown in in 18 minutes (First 14 sets were with 100lbs, rest with 95lbs). The OHS/tuck jump bit was worse. I finished 100 tuck jumps for a total time of 25:40. The atmosphere of the gym was utter defeat.

I learned a few things:
1) My ego has gotten in the way of common sense (i.e. I thought that as rx'd would be painful, but doable. False.
2)Any workout by Blair Morrisen needs to be scaled
3)Gregg, you're awesome. Thanks for the gut check

And I thought, "it can't be that bad..." False, I am destroyed, both physically and mentally. That was an awesome gut check. Time to get back on track. Started PS at 100#, scaled to 85#. Started OHS at 85#, scaled to 45#. Only had time to get through 276 DU/tuck jumps. That took a whopping 31 minutes. Need a lot more work on OHS

Note to self...never do a WOD from our European brethren! :-)
