115 pound Push press, 12 reps

Did it with Zach in the reg weight room. Didn't time it but I think I was slower than him so I'm going to say it was around 15 minutes.

Did the following at home tonight:
Row 500m (1:45 split)
12 HSPU
Row 500m (1:48 split)
9 HSPU
Row 500M (1:48 split)
6 HSPU
Row 500m (1:47 split)
3 HSPU

The HSPUs got pretty ugly but I did not have any bands at home so had to do them all unassisted.

Total time: 13:41
