215, 225, 235, 245, 255(PR)... The last few reps were not great on form though.
Not sure if anyone noticed, but our resident Ninjas graced us with their presence this morning. Their Ninja skills are so good that they are tough to track. Maybe one of these days they’ll actually do a WOD where we can all see them.
Thank you for understanding the demands of our job. At least we checked in (unlike some people) before we went and helped all the ill prepared Ninja wannabes out there. We understand the importance of not stacking the team and find pride in helping others accomplish their personal missions. We like to think of ourselves as the crossfit ambassadors who are unafraid to go mingle with the narcissistic body builders throughout Arvin. Just to prove our superiority we did the IOTC, I forgot my stopwatch but it was definitely under a minute…. (3:09)… but still.
135/145/150/155/160 Tried something new today. Keep it light(er) on purpose. Goal was dropping deep into the squat, pausing and thinking about my body position as I moved back up to the start. It actually helped me alot. Finished with Griff on 1.5% grade just to get some leg turnover (14.34)
Also tried something different today, working with some deep box squats. The platform really makes you sit back and use your hamstrings. Stayed about 20lbs under my PR - 135, 155, 185, 205, 205.

Did this as I watched the math department do Helen before lunch. It is very entertaining to watch other people do CrossFit.

Pressure on the shoulder was the limiting factor today.
185, 205, 215, 225, 235
Form on last few reps @ 235 was pretty rough.
Bob, Dubbs, and Rhett...the gym still opens at 0530 during Code White...wasn't the same without you! (Don't make me call you out...)

Kept form pretty good throughout all sets, made sure to put ass to grass!
Nice numbers CPT B.
