27:03--Felt really sluggish today. Been doing the CrossFit Endurance workouts as well and I think I hit the wall this morning. Thank goodness for the weekend. Good week...see you all back after the break. On the first day back look for a little extra treat.
Missed the note about meeting in Hayes, so I was feeling a little lonely on the third floor today. Tried taking No-explode to see how it feels. Didn't feel much. 28:35. Pull-ups fell apart pretty fast.
23:17. Did this one while watching "Man vs Wild", so maybe that helped. What I love about this WOD is it demonstrates the challenge your own body weight can provide. Good times...
