Squat: 155#Bench: 115#Felt really good about these. I have the IOCT tomorrow so I'm not going to do the conditioning. I'll just do some light cardio, stretching, and frantic praying this afternoon. Won't be there tomorrow, either.
Bench: 160 - same as last week, felt a little shaky last week so I didn't move up. Felt good today.Squat: 245Conditioning: Did 1.5 rounds with 50 lbs, but my grip was going and so were my legs, so I went down to 40. 16:53, that was a smoker.
