Quick clarification on "members": IFF you competed with Black and Gold against Navy and or Air Force in the past, attended regularly last year (first semester only is acceptable if you were doing Sandhurst second semester)or spoke to myself, MAJ Hunter, or Adrienne and we invited to come tomorrow morning then we would love to see you. Otherwise please hold off on attending. Even if you have experience in Functional Fitness, more information will be pushed out soon about those of you interested in the club that have never trained with us in the past. Be sure to come see us at club night on Tuesday!!

Bench- 120#
