Welcome back from the weekend!  Today we will meet in the '62 room to warm up and get after it!

Warm-up: 100 double-unders for time

then, change and head to the pool -

AMRAP 15
Swim 25 meters (1 length of pool)
Rest 30 seconds

NOTE:  Do not push off the wall to start - this will add some misery!

Post time for double-unders and number of rounds complete to comments.

it was great to see a big crew this morning! I had to pass on the double-unders in order to give my calf a rest.

I'll be taking it easy for the next few days, think I pulled something getting after all the move in boxes the past few days. There's that, and Im getting old. Great to meet a bunch of new folks from Econ today.

4:17 on DUs...had to use regression as well.

17 x 25m for our swim with a little time left over.
