Lower back is starting to feel better. Came in late in the day and did the warmup and 5 rds of 20xDU and 1 stairway to heaven. 11:29. Can't stabilize weight overhead without discomfort. Seeing flight surgeon next week

Dont really have a good pull-up bar for burpee pull-ups around here, so I did a little of my own sauce:
3 rounds for time:
20 burpee box jumps on 24in rock.
400m run through woods/on street.
Took me 17:40
Cold new england weather with a single digit wind chill adds a new element to the workout. a good burn.

Brought back a WOD from 17 May - 5 sets of: 1x 95lb snatch, 3x 95lb heaving snatch balance, 6x 95lb overhead squat, 9x pullups, 100m run.
9:48, which was a one minute improvement from May.

Did 10 rounds for time of:

10 Burpees
10 Inverted Burpees

I wore boots and BDU pants for some extra weight. I about passed out from the IBs.
