With all due respect, the cripple (me) was supprised to miss all of the guiding leadership this morning...
Nice to see people peeling themselves out of the rack monster this morning to get their sweat on....especially with the pain of HSPU's.
I recommend you check out his CF Journal as you may be stiffness and tightness in the hips and legs from the workouts. This will help reduce tightness, increase flexibility, and prevent injury/soreness in the future:

Blue screen of death killed my comp alarm.
15:30, I thought I would get a faster time doing HSPU on the column right next to the bars, but then my shoulders got TDY orders.
Folks--Sorry for my absence the last couple of days...I'm in the middle of a PCS move and had movers at my house on Monday and had to go to Newport, RI today...I'll be back on Thursday and I'll make the WODs up soonest. Keep pushing.
Did yesterdays Lumberjack... posted there.
Will probably double up tomorrow with this and the squats.

My HSPU form/height continued to get lower. My KtE were fairly consistent.
Made a mistake and did 15-14-13.....and 1-2-3.... of HSPU and Strict-Pull-ups. That was a slog fest.
