I think I could have gone even higher on the OHS 1Xrep, but stuck on the safe side (and really focused on form), next time I'll definately use a spot/partner assist to get the weight overhead and locked out and definately not clean it up the catch then pj over and behind the head (both of these really steal of strength from the actual squat effort)

Had to Clean for the PJ and Snatch for the OHS to get the bar in place due to grip issues from the rack.
PJ were at least 20 lbs harder than the Split Jerks.

PJ started to get a little sloppy with heavy weight (too much trying to muscle it up). Probably a trust issue. Great to still see PR's!
