Friday: APFT in the morning and Wednesdays workout in the afternoon. 14:04. This morning I did Thursdays workout:135, 145, 155, 165, 175 (fail jerk), 175 (fail jerk), 175 (fail jerk). Didn't have any problems doing the squat clean which is great
I did a CF Games-like series of WODs today:0600 - USAFA PFT (doing this one alone was hard)all unbroken sets.
