Beat Navy!

Let's give the team a final push as we get ready to beat the hell out of Navy this weekend.

We have had some short, fast, grinder WODs this week, let's go for some "constantly varied" with a West Point hero WOD.  If you have not heard of Tyler Parten, check out this link to get to know him a bit before we do the WOD.

"Tyler"
Five rounds for time:
7 muscle-ups
21 Sumo-deadlift high-pull (95 lbs)

I will not be there for the early morning crew due to the compressed schedule for cadets.

16:01 with jumping muscle-ups (rings were about 6 inches above head level) and 65 lbs. for SDHP.

It was lonely in the gym this morning. CF isn't fun if done solo!

11:45 not quite to muscle ups yet. Modified and did 7 x ring dips and 7 X pull-ups instead. Scaled SDHP to 65 lbs. as well.

Sorry to leave you hanging Adam. I did my work solo about 1/2 an hour later.

No rings for muscle-ups here on Aberdeen. Sad face.

Instead: 14 pull-ups & 7 ring dips

75 lb SDHP
