Did Tomorrow's WOD tonight because of equipment limitations. I accidentally did the HSPU and Pull-ups back to back then did the run last for each round.

Sweat trails all over the place. I felt like I had THS at the beginning.

modified the wod a little based on a little injury to a muscle in my hip i had yesterday while doing the high jump.

NM 2 and 2...tomorrow is the decider.

Did yesterday's WOD this morning.... plan on taking on this one after class. Glad that the weight correction was made before I attempted the WOD.
