It was a nice change of pace to throw some bench press in there. finished with tabata treadmill-8rds, 20sec on, 10 sec off, 12% grade, 6.0 mph.

Finally, my dead lift is back to where it should be. I think I had another 10 pounds plus in me on this one but didn't want to push it.
