As Rx'd: 7:23. JWhip...can you say wheelhouse for you!? Seriously...we all get it...you're good at double unders. Thank you for making us better. For Christmas, I want double unders that beat JWhip.
Did the following this week:MON (rest), TUE (and start of leave) - Lumberjack 20. WED rest as I was still recovering from the Lumberjack WOD. THUR HSPU/KtE, FRI: squats.thanks to the West Point CF group for keeping me focused.
11.41- 115# for cleans
LDO- those "rest" WODs must be smokers. So many in one week! That seems like a S3/XO pt schedule or something...
