Missed making the 20min cutoff by a little. I think dropping 10lbs off my clean would have done it. I got some good programming tips from Dutch while he was here so look for some new ways coming soon.

Really tough workout but limited by having 3 bars for 2 people.
Bad day, cant really post a time. Didnt bench enough, deadlifted too much. Couldnt do the last few deadlifts without worrying about my back. Only good news of the day was im finally getting better at the cleans...
