Currently MAJ Hunter is doing the bulk of programming, this week was programmed by myself. Tomorrow is an evaluation day for cadets interested in competing with the club. In a couple weeks we will launch a new site (can't have CrossFit anywhere in a title we use as a stipulation of our club charter) and the program we will be doing then is adapted from CrossFit Football to build strength.
