It was great to see Adrienne and Haley! Unfortunately one of the rower displays didn't work, and the other two had chain problems - so they ran.I got 4 rounds plus 10 calories, as rx'd.Had a time of 4:35.88 on the Deadlift burpee combo, the last set felt pretty heavy, so I broke after 5. As rx'd.
And by "they ran" he means we actually ran. On treadmills. We didn't run away.I'm really sick of the rowers being broken... I think I'm going to bring my own batteries and take them out every time I leave.
I was a little out of it this morning. Then I dropped a bar on my foot which really hurt. I think I sprained something, I've been having trouble walking around. Fantastic. Conditioning: 3 rounds + 15 caloriesRoughly 5 minutes on the third part. I kept the deadlifts light because of my foot (115#) and the burpees turned into these weird, one-legged pushup things. It's just been a bad week. 11 days.
Arvin was closed this morning, so I came back after standing for 10 minutes in the rain. Cleans: 3X3 @ 185Strict Press: 3X5 @ 115. All I had time for in between classes and WPRs.
