Then I drop...I was a little out of it this morning. Then I dropped a bar on my foot which really hurt. I think I sprained something, I've been having trouble walking around. Fantastic. <br /><br />Conditioning: <br />3 rounds + 15 calories<br /><br />Roughly 5 minutes on the third part. Unfortunately one of the rower displays didn't work, and the other two had chain problems - so they ran.<br /><br />I got 4 rounds plus 10 calories, as rx'd.<br /><br />Had a time of 4:35.88 on the Deadlift burpee combo, the last set felt pretty heavy, so I broke after 5.
