That was pretty tough. 3 rounds + 5 HPC, as Rx'd.

Back Flys with 40lb dumbbells, 3X10.

Hammer Grip T-Raises with 10 lbs, 3X10.

Outward hand rotations with 5 lbs, 1X10 (per hand) and then inward rotations.
