    I did both yesterday's WOD and today's WOD this morning.

    WOD 1: 12:12 with 90 squats

    WOD 2: 19:25 (95,105,115,125,135)

  3. I was giving my legs a rest from Sunday's Army Ten Miler, so I made up yesterday's WOD - 13:07. I don't remember how many sets of squats I did, but it felt good to get the blood flowing in my sore legs!

    Great work to morning crew getting after it this morning!

    I was giving my sore legs a rest today from the Army Ten Miler, so I did yesterday's WOD instead: 13:07

    Not sure how many squats I did, but by the end I was doing sets of 10 push-ups.
